Our experts take a close look at each case to offer you the best solution.

We are also happy to take a look at any issue via Video Call (*separate app required).

  • no packaging and shipping necessary

If our technicians recommend a repair after assessing your case, all repairs covered by the warranty can be carried out free of charge for you.

Wear-and-tear repairs or repairs due to improper use will be processed at a charge after an inspection. The costs will be recorded in a cost estimate and forwarded to you.
